Class Offerings

Our studio is warmed by radiant floor heaters. Depending on your practice, expect to sweat a little, a lot, or go full on salty. All of our teachers are trained and certified, and offer modifications to support you in class.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    In this class we flow with our breath, moving through poses while we cultivate our intention, calm our minds, strengthen our bodies and build flexibility. Teachers add their own salty vibes, which may include chanting, pranayama and mantras.

  • Power Flow

    Expect to sweat in this fiery flow class. Linking breath to movement we will build our strength and stamina. Each teacher adds their own flavor with creative playlists and sequencing. This class will leave you salty, sweaty and energized!

  • Mindful Flow

    Start the day with clarity and intention. Breathwork and a mindful flow that will awaken and vitalize. We will move mindfully to open and strengthen the body while clearing the mind. We will end class with a meditation to invite inspiration and purpose to the new day ahead.

  • Elemental Flow

    60 minute slow flow class. We will spend more time holding postures and working through alignment. Modifications will be offered so you decide what is best for your body today. This class is great for beginners and any practitioner looking to slow it down a bit.

  • Elemental + Fascia Flow

    An integration of your favorite and familiar Elemental Flow with the addition of self-myofascial release to reset, restore, and rejuvenate your body's precious tissues.

  • Flow + Restore

    The first half of this class will be a warming and well-balanced vinyasa practice, flowing one breath one movement to energize and strengthen the body. We will then settle down and restore, surrendering into deep and nourishing poses.

  • Tidal Restore

    Just as the ocean refreshes itself with each tide, we should also find time and space to restore ourselves. In this class we settle into nourishing yoga poses as teachers craft their own sequence of long held and supported poses. Expect to relax, feed your meditation practice and de-stress.

  • Tidal Yin

    Come surrender and find a deep stretch in this slow-paced, passive yoga practice. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues in the body such as our fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Riding the waves of our breath, we will increase flexibility and circulation while settling down the nervous system.

  • Yin + Restore

    Blending principles from Yin and Restorative Yoga, this replenishing practice is designed to nourish the subtle energy in preparation for meditation and a good nights sleep—quieting the mind and calming the nervous system while promoting deep relaxation. You will leave feeling relaxed, centered and rejuvenated.

  • Yoga + Qigong

    In this class you'll experience a harmonious blend of yoga, breathwork, and Qigong. Guided by Matthew, this class begins with an intentional slow flow to build strength and grace. We'll then transition into Qigong practices focused on energy cultivation, followed by deep stretching, meditation, and mindful breathing exercises. This holistic approach aims to unite your mind, breath, and body, allowing them to become your greatest allies on your journey to wellness and inner peace.

  • Reiki Nidra Flow

    You will find a blend of movement and stillness in this rejuvenating class. Spend 30 minutes exploring subtle aspects of your physical body moving through space in a gentle flow. Spend another 30 minutes in Savasana receiving Reiki energy through guided Yoga Nidra and sound healing.

  • Alchemy: Breath, Sound + Nidra

    This class aims to help you release stress and tension, allowing your body and mind to clear and purify, much like an alchemist transforming matter to its purest form. We'll start with breathwork (meditation and pranayama) accompanied by the soothing sound of singing bowls and other healing instruments. Then, we'll transition into yoga nidra, a restorative yoga practice, enhanced by the healing vibrations of the gong, promoting deep relaxation. It's a great way to unwind after a busy day and prepare for a restful night ahead.

  • Ashtanga Vinyasa Half Primary

    This vigorous class, appropriate to all levels, follows the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series- ending at Navasana/Boat Pose. You will be guided through this traditional sequence- sun salutations, standing and seated postures, along with backbends and finishing poses. This class will bring a balanced mix of sweaty, physical exercise and a calm state of mind to begin your day. Variations will be offered by the instructor to assist students to build their own strength and flexibility.

Meditation Offerings

Our meditation classes are an opportunity to quiet the mind and explore the inner workings of your being. They offer our students a chance to slow down and find stillness, giving the nervous system a chance to settle and restore.

  • Elemental Sound Meditation

    In this 30 minute meditation, Geri will play a different flute from the 64 flute set made in conjunction with the elemental calendar of the I Ching and the Gene Keys. The music provides sonic support and invites us to still the mind, remember who we truly are, and connect with the Lotus or the Heart'. Let's come together as community and breathe with deep intention. Connecting to the Elemental Seasons and with the elements within and without.

  • Meditation for Energy, Awareness and Connection

    In this 30 minute meditation session, Kelly will be using the Gong and various musical instruments such as the Shurti Box & Tibetan Bowl in a Breath and Heart Centered Meditation exploration to find balance and harmony. Expect to leave this session with more clarity, connection grounded in your sense of being

  • Mindful Meditation

    Mindfulness meditation is a practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, respond wisely to negative thoughts or difficult experiences, and calm both your mind and body. Join us to embark on a journey of inner discovery and unlock the power to respond to your life with clarity and intention through this practice. Whether you're a curious beginner, a seasoned practitioner seeking renewal, or looking to deepen your understanding or the mindfulness meditation, this class is your path to a more mindful you. Join us as we explore insightful meditation techniques and awaken to a greater peace. purpose, and joy.

    Join us for a meditation practice that is designed to be accessible, practical, and deeply calming tor the nervous system. Together we draw our awareness towards the inner landscape and explore simple techniques to assist in quieting the mind and awakening self compassion.

In a warm, welcoming space, we'll cultivate inner warmth through movement, mindfulness, and live music.   • Sacred Sound Healing

    with Breathwork + Vocal Activation
    SUNDAY, DECEMBER 22ND • 3-4:30PM

    Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of breathwork, vocal activation, and sacred sound healing led by Kelly Jean Anderson. In this immersive 90-minute workshop, Kelly Jean will guide you through a series of breathwork exercises and vocal toning to explore the power of your own voice as a tool for self expression and healing. Finally, you will be immersed in the sacred sounds of various instruments and healing tools.

  • Awaken Together: 6-week Meditation Course

    Awaken Together is a mindfulness meditation course for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering a supportive space to deepen your practice and bring mindfulness into daily life.   • New Year Restorative Yoga Workshop

    SATURDAY, JANUARY 11TH • 3-5:30PM

    Start your new year with a deeply nourishing and rejuvenating Restorative Yoga practice, designed to calm, balance, and restore your nervous system. In this 2.5hr workshop, we will bring awareness to the breath while using yoga props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) to support the body in conscious relaxation -- softening layers of tension, stress, and fatigue to promote greater ease and healing.
