Dive deeper into your practice and the eight limbs of yoga
in our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.
Join us for an immersive training that provides you a chance to connect deeper to yourself. We will study the eight limbs of yoga and apply them to our practice, guided by Eve and BSY Guest Teachers.
This training is for aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated yoga practitioners.
Starting February 2025.

Friday 5:30-7:30pm (Zoom)
Saturday 11:30am-6pm (In Studio)
