Class Offerings
Our studio is warmed by radiant floor heaters. Depending on your practice, expect to sweat a little, a lot, or go full on salty. All of our teachers are trained and certified, and offer modifications to support you in class.

Vinyasa Flow
In this class we flow with our breath, moving through poses while we cultivate our intention, calm our minds, strengthen our bodies and build flexibility. Teachers add their own salty vibes, which may include chanting, pranayama and mantras.

Power Flow
Expect to sweat in this fiery flow class. Linking breath to movement we will build our strength and stamina. Each teacher adds their own flavor with creative playlists and sequencing. This class will leave you salty, sweaty and energized!

Mindful Flow
Start the day with clarity and intention. Breathwork and a mindful flow that will awaken and vitalize. We will move mindfully to open and strengthen the body while clearing the mind. We will end class with a meditation to invite inspiration and purpose to the new day ahead.

Elemental Flow
60 minute slow flow class. We will spend more time holding postures and working through alignment. Modifications will be offered so you decide what is best for your body today. This class is great for beginners and any practitioner looking to slow it down a bit.

Elemental + Fascia Flow
An integration of your favorite and familiar Elemental Flow with the addition of self-myofascial release to reset, restore, and rejuvenate your body's precious tissues.

Flow + Restore
The first half of this class will be a warming and well-balanced vinyasa practice, flowing one breath one movement to energize and strengthen the body. We will then settle down and restore, surrendering into deep and nourishing poses.

Tidal Restore
Just as the ocean refreshes itself with each tide, we should also find time and space to restore ourselves. In this class we settle into nourishing yoga poses as teachers craft their own sequence of long held and supported poses. Expect to relax, feed your meditation practice and de-stress.

Tidal Yin
Come surrender and find a deep stretch in this slow-paced, passive yoga practice. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues in the body such as our fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Riding the waves of our breath, we will increase flexibility and circulation while settling down the nervous system.

Yin + Restore
Blending principles from Yin and Restorative Yoga, this replenishing practice is designed to nourish the subtle energy in preparation for meditation and a good nights sleep—quieting the mind and calming the nervous system while promoting deep relaxation. You will leave feeling relaxed, centered and rejuvenated.

Reiki Nidra Flow
You will find a blend of movement and stillness in this rejuvenating class. Spend 30 minutes exploring subtle aspects of your physical body moving through space in a gentle flow. Spend another 30 minutes in Savasana receiving Reiki energy through guided Yoga Nidra and sound healing.

Roots Reiki Flow
Flow, breathe, and restore to the rhythm of Reggae. This gentle yoga class blends soulful movement, deep relaxation, and the universal healing energy of Reiki. Ground yourself in the steady pulse of roots and rocksteady beats as you release tension, open the heart, and harmonize body, mind, and spirit. All levels welcome come as you are, leave happy, healthy, and uplifted.

Alchemy: Breath, Sound + Nidra
This class aims to help you release stress and tension, allowing your body and mind to clear and purify, much like an alchemist transforming matter to its purest form. We'll start with breathwork (meditation and pranayama) accompanied by the soothing sound of singing bowls and other healing instruments. Then, we'll transition into yoga nidra, a restorative yoga practice, enhanced by the healing vibrations of the gong, promoting deep relaxation. It's a great way to unwind after a busy day and prepare for a restful night ahead.

Elemental Sound Meditation
In this 30 minute meditation, Geri will play a different flute from the 64 flute set made in conjunction with the elemental calendar of the I Ching and the Gene Keys. The music provides sonic support and invites us to still the mind, remember who we truly are, and connect with the Lotus or the Heart'. Let's come together as community and breathe with deep intention. Connecting to the Elemental Seasons and with the elements within and without.

Root to Rise: A Spring Aroma Fusion Journey

In this six-week Aroma Fusion journey with Jessy Raspiller, we will work with a progression of essential oils and acupoints designed to mirror this seasonal shift in the body. Each week builds upon the last—beginning with nourishment and grounding, then gradually clearing stagnation, strengthening vitality, refining vision, and ultimately opening the heart to bloom. At its heart, the Bhagavad Gita points to the inner transformation of the human being through conscious, selfless participation in life. This classical text of yoga offers a profound and practical guide to awakening. It invites us to move beyond being driven by personal desire and toward becoming a conscious instrument of the sacred order—living with greater clarity, humility, and wholehearted participation in the Whole. In this 2.5-hour immersion, we will explore the Gita’s essential teachings through guided meditation, lecture, meaningful group discussion, and an embodied yoga practice. Together, we’ll create space for the wisdom of the text to move from concept to lived experience—integrating into your body, your practice, and your daily life—so you leave feeling inspired, grounded, and empowered.
