Nic Randall

Nic’s love of travel has landed her here all the way from Atlanta, GA. Along her journey, she’s gained knowledge from many teachers and applied these yogic principles deeply within her own life. Since 2015 she has shared the gift of Yoga through teaching and her knowledge and experience is felt through her confidence and ease as she mindfully guides her students through an exhilarating and creative flow. Nic supports students of any level of experience with her playful and powerful presence. Expect to leave class feeling strong, centered and restored!

Meet Nic Randall, RYT 200+

Tell us about the evolution of your Yoga practice:

“I initially started dipping my toes into a Yoga and meditation practice in college, and found myself fully immersed a few years later while living in southern California. I was incredibly lucky to have trained under instructors who led me to fall deeply in love with learning the practice and eventually signed up for a 200hr YTT with one of those teachers in 2015. Since then, I've been teaching in California and Oregon, deepening my personal practice along the way. Yoga continues to be there for me, on and off the mat, as a practice of grounding, as well as inner and outer connection.

What’s one piece of advice you would share with a student new to Yoga?:

“Be completely open to anything that comes your way on the mat— the practice will continue to show up differently if you allow it.”

Why do you teach Yoga?

“I think this sacred practice can and should be shared with anybody and everybody, and I love when people choose to come together around their own practice. I like to approach teaching from a place that encourages you to dig deep and cultivate your inner power, explore where the practice can take you, and not take it all too seriously. This practice has shaped the way I move through the world and I hope to inspire some part of that in others!”

Nic’s favorite inspirational quote:

"Peace knows your address. Make sure you are home. Be present within yourself. Move in. Open the windows. Let in the light. Freshen up the place. Make yourself a place you'd like to stay. Be a homebody."
