Meet Whitney Carver, RYT 200:

Tell us about the evolution of your Yoga practice:

“My Yoga journey began in 2016. Having no physical practice whatsoever, I found myself frequently sick, anxious, and increasingly disconnected to my body. Once I committed to a daily practice, I saw miraculous changes in my physical and mental health, and was totally hooked. ”

What’s one thing you wish you could tell yourself when you began your Yoga journey?

“Asana (movement) is only one component of a complete practice. Practice being still.”

Why do you teach Yoga?

“To help students connect to their power and heal themselves from the inside out.”

Whitney’s favorite inspirational quote:

“We’re all just walking each other home.”
