200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our Teacher Training Program is rooted in the wisdom of the 8 limbs of yoga, offering an accessible and embodied approach to this ancient path. Our training provides the tools, support, and community to empower each student’s unique journey. We prepare our trainees not only to confidently and safely guide their own vinyasa flow classes, but also to deepen their personal practice and understanding of yoga both on and off the mat.
